Subcontracts and agreements sent for e-signature through SignWell. Generate one from an invoice / scope of work, or add a finished PDF; sending, signing-order enforcement, and archiving the fully-executed copy are automatic.
Sending uses EPEX’s SignWell account (SIGNWELL_API_KEY). Documents go out watermarked and non-binding while SIGNWELL_TEST_MODE is on — flip it to false in the deploy env for real sends. The completion webhook (/api/draws/signwell-webhook) archives executed copies automatically.
