01 / MONEY

Draws and lender packages, assembled from your records

Pick the schedule-of-values lines, enter what was completed, and the platform assembles the lender's draw package with retainage, prior draws and supporting invoices, then routes it for e-signature. Bank and email sync pull the funding back in so the ledger ties out without a spreadsheet.

  • Schedule of values per project
  • Draw packages in the lender's format
  • E-signature routing for draws and contracts
  • Bank sync, deposit reconciliation, discrepancy flags

02 / CUSTOMERS

A portal for every owner, scoped to their unit

Owners and customers log in and see their own progress, selections, approvals and statements, and nothing else. No seat cost, no limit on how many you invite. Fewer status calls, and every portal you share is a demo to the next customer.

  • Read-only view of their unit only, enforced in the database
  • Selections and approvals with a record
  • Owner statements generated from the approved draw
  • Unlimited owners and subs on every plan

03 / FIELD

Captured on the phone already in their pocket

Daily logs, punch lists with photos, inspections, RFIs and submittals, entered from the jobsite and landing in the same project record the office and the owner see. City of Houston inspection results sync in on their own.

  • Daily log and project journal
  • Punch list with photo capture, exportable for the field
  • Inspections, RFIs, submittals, change orders
  • Interactive schedule with dependencies and look-ahead

04 / AI

EPEX Assist works from your live data

Not a chatbot bolted on. Assist reads the budget, schedule, punch list and draws you already keep and does the communication and checking work: the weekly owner update in one click, a plain answer to which lots are behind on payments, and a reconciliation audit that flags gaps before the lender does.

  • One-click weekly owner updates
  • Ask your project anything about budget, schedule, punch or draws
  • Reconciliation audit, lot by lot
  • AI column mapping when you paste a spreadsheet in

FROM BID TO CLOSEOUT

One project record.
Office, field and owner read the same one.

Every update lands in the same place, so nobody rebuilds the numbers for the lender, the owner or the Monday meeting.
